Chapter 1 General Provisions

[Article 1 (Purpose)]

The purpose of these terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities regarding the use of services provided through the internet website (http://ireatek.com) operated by IREA System Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and other services (hereinafter referred to as "Services").

[Article 2 (Notice and Application of Terms)]
  1. ① The contents of these terms take effect by posting them on the service screen or notifying members by other means.
  2. ② The Company may arbitrarily change these terms, and the changed terms take effect by notifying them in the same manner as in paragraph 1.
[Article 3 (Other Applicable Laws)]

Matters not specified in these terms are subject to the provisions of the Basic Telecommunications Act, Telecommunications Business Act, Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other related laws.

[Article 4 (Definition of Terms)]

The definitions of terms used in these terms are as follows.

  1. ① User: A person who accesses the "Site" and receives services provided by the "Company" and uses some services such as electronic civil complaint windows after simple real-name verification within the site.
  2. ② ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the user and approved by the company for user identification and service use such as events
  3. ③ Password: A combination of letters and numbers set by the user for privacy protection when participating in events and viewing posts
  4. ④ Administrator: A person selected by the company for overall management and smooth operation of services

Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement

[Article 5 (Establishment of Use Agreement)]
  1. ① When a user clicks the "Agree" button in response to the question "Do you agree to the above terms of use and apply for a use agreement?" during the use application, it is considered that the user agrees to these terms.
  2. ② The use agreement is established when the company approves the user's use application after review (automatic or manual approval process).
[Article 6 (Use Application)]
  1. ① Use applications are made online by recording the items required in the company's prescribed use application form.
  2. ② All user information recorded in the online use application form is considered to be actual data, and users who do not enter their real name or actual information cannot receive legal protection and may be subject to service use restrictions.
[Article 7 (Consent to Use of User Information)]
  1. ① The company's privacy protection policy applies to the user's personal information.
  2. ② The user's personal information that the company requires to be recorded in the application form in accordance with Article 6 is used for the purpose of fulfilling this use agreement and providing services under this use agreement.
  3. ③ Member information may be provided to companies that have partnered with the company to allow users to conveniently use the company and services partnered with the company. However, the company must notify the partner company, purpose of provision, content of member information to be provided, etc. in advance and obtain the member's consent before providing member information.
  4. ④ When a user records user information in the use application form and applies for use to the company in accordance with these terms, it is considered that the user agrees to the company's collection, use, and provision of user information recorded in the use application form in accordance with these terms.
[Article 8 (Approval of Use Application)]
  1. ① The company may approve when the user has accurately recorded all matters specified in Article 6 and applied for use, except for cases in paragraphs 2 and 3.
  2. ② The company may reserve approval for use applications that fall under any of the following:
    1. a. When there is no spare capacity in facilities
    2. b. When there are technical difficulties
    3. c. When it is difficult to approve use due to other company circumstances
    4. d. The company may not approve use applications that fall under any of the following:
    5. e. When the name is not a real name
    6. f. When there are technical difficulties
    7. g. When applying using another person's name
    8. h. When applying by falsely recording necessary content during the use application
    9. i. When applying for the purpose of harming social peace and order or good morals
    10. j. When other use application requirements set by the company are insufficient

Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties

[Article 9 (Company's Obligations)]
  1. ① The company does not disclose or distribute user personal information known in connection with service provision to third parties without the user's consent. However, this does not apply when there is a request from a national agency in accordance with the provisions of laws such as the Basic Telecommunications Act, when there is a purpose for criminal investigation, when there is a request from the Information and Communications Ethics Committee, or when there is a request in accordance with procedures prescribed by other related laws.
  2. ② Within the scope of paragraph 1, the company may create and use statistical data on personal information of all or part of users related to business, and may transmit cookies to users' computers through services. In this case, users can change their computer's browser settings to refuse cookie reception or warn about cookie reception.
[Article 10 (User's Obligations)]
  1. ① Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the service:
    1. a. Acts of reproducing information obtained from the service for purposes other than the user's use without the company's prior consent, or using it for publication and broadcasting, or providing it to third parties
    2. b. Acts that infringe on the company's copyright, third parties' copyright, and other rights
    3. c. Acts of disseminating information, sentences, graphics, etc. that violate public order and good morals to others
    4. d. Acts that are objectively judged to be connected to crime
    5. e. Acts that violate other related laws
  2. ② Users must comply with matters specified in these terms and service use guidelines or precautions.
  3. ③ Users must comply with use restrictions posted in service announcements or separately announced by the company for each content.
  4. ④ Users cannot engage in business activities using the service without the company's prior consent, and the company is not responsible for the results of business activities and the results caused by users' business activities that violate the terms using the service. Users are liable for damages to the company for such business activities.
  5. ⑤ Users cannot transfer or donate their service use rights and other positions under the use agreement to others without the company's explicit consent, and cannot provide them as collateral.

Chapter 4 Service Use

[Article 11 (Post Deletion Standards/Sanctions)]

Based on the basic principles of the 'Information and Communications Ethics Committee Rules', posts with the following content are prohibited from registration.

  1. ① Posts that violate current laws and harm public order and good morals
    1. a. Content that damages national ideology and national existence and aims to perform anti-national acts
    2. b. Content that infringes on the rights of others or other organizations or damages their reputation
    3. c. Content that is false information causing social confusion
    4. d. Content that infringes on personal privacy
    5. e. Content that despises human life and has strong violence and content that praises or encourages crime or misconduct
    6. f. Content that describes specific methods of criminal acts to induce imitation crimes
    7. g. Content and information that causes disgust to viewers
    8. h. Obscene content that excessively stimulates sexual desire or causes disgust
    9. i. Content that introduces or describes in detail adulterous relationships, incest, etc., focusing on interest
    10. j. Content that specifically and realistically describes or glorifies sexual crimes such as sexual violence, rape, gang rape
    11. k. Content that commercializes sex or excessively exposes and mentions specific body parts
    12. l. Content that insults others' personality or causes displeasure or disgust with vulgar expressions such as profanity or verbal violence
    13. m. Content that encourages emotional confrontation between specific religions
    14. n. Content that encourages superstitious or unscientific life attitudes
  2. ② Posts containing inappropriate content
    1. a. Spam posts (curses, chain letters, etc.)
    2. b. Cases where damage is expected due to exposure of specific personal information
    3. c. Cases where there is a possibility of personal privacy infringement and reputation damage, especially of public figures, due to posting unfounded content
    4. d. Cases where the content of posts contradicts the nature of the bulletin board or the same post is registered on multiple bulletin boards
    5. e. Posts with overly insincere and meaningless content
    6. f. Posts whose content cannot be confirmed on screen due to bug phenomena
    7. g. Posts that cause confusion in bulletin board use due to debates conducted regardless of the topic of the category
    8. h. Cases where posts deleted by administrators are fully quoted
    9. i. Content that seeks or mediates sexual entertainment objects such as prostitution, cybersex, explicit sexual conversations
    10. j. Content that guides or mediates places with obscene information or decadent establishments
    11. k. Posts that emotionally criticize specific users or individuals and induce disputes
    12. l. Content that excessively introduces medical devices, drugs, health supplements, etc., encouraging misuse or abuse
    13. m. Posts containing unverified quotes (so-called copied posts) and information and claims that the poster cannot take responsibility for
    14. n. Acts of registering or distributing computer virus infection data that causes malfunction or destruction and confusion of information and communication facilities
  3. ③ Posts that violate copyright
    1. a. Content that guides the registration, posting, and distribution of commercial programs
    2. b. Content that handles the distribution of software and various works that cannot be verified as genuine
    3. c. Content that illegally infringes on others' copyright, trademark rights, design rights, etc.
    4. d. Posts prohibited from posting related to online sales/purchases/money making
    5. e. Posts related to money-making sites
    6. f. Content that directly or indirectly promotes specific sites and products
    7. g. Content about copying and selling illegal games, software, music, and videos (including backup CDs)
    8. h. Content that promotes for the purpose of selling obscene and violent materials
    9. i. Videos and works that violate good morals and encourage gambling
  4. ④ Others
    1. a. Posts that are judged to significantly interfere with the company's normal business activities and services and cause significant damage and harm to the company's interests
    2. b. Posts that are judged to have concerns about causing damage and harm to users

Posts that violate the above content may be arbitrarily deleted without prior notice, and if violations are repeated or the damage caused by violations is judged to be severe, "users" may be warned or suspended from use.

[Article 12 (Attribution and Use Restrictions of Copyright)]

The rights to materials posted on the service are as follows.

  1. ① Assets related to the "Site" are copyright, trademark rights, information about technology, text, graphics, audio, video, downloads, links, and source code (hereinafter referred to as website services), and the "Company" has all rights to the "Service". All forms of information are for "users" and are provided for your convenience. However, the "Company" clarifies that it does not grant commercial use rights to such information. "Users" cannot use this "Site" "Service" for any purpose other than personal use.
  2. ② Users must not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained by using the "Site" for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it without the company's prior consent.
[Article 13 (Service Use Time)]
  1. ① Service use is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in principle, unless there are special business or technical difficulties for the company. However, this does not apply to days or times set by the company for regular inspections.
  2. ② The company may divide the service into certain ranges and separately set the available time for each range. In this case, the content is announced in advance.
Article 14 (Service Use Responsibility)

Users cannot engage in business activities selling illegal products using the service except when specifically permitted in writing signed by an authorized employee of the company, and especially cannot engage in commercial activities such as hacking, money-making advertisements, commercial activities through obscene sites, illegal distribution of commercial software, etc. The company is not responsible for the results and losses of business activities that occur in violation of this, legal measures such as arrest by related agencies, etc.

[Article 15 (Suspension of Service Provision)]
  1. ① The company may suspend service provision in any of the following cases:
    1. a. When unavoidable due to maintenance and construction of service facilities
    2. b. When telecommunications service providers prescribed by the Telecommunications Business Act suspend telecommunications services
    3. c. When there are other force majeure reasons
  2. ② When there are obstacles to normal service use due to national emergency, power outage, service facility failure, or service use congestion, the company may restrict or suspend all or part of the service.

Chapter 5 Damages, etc.

[Article 16 (Damages)]

The company is not responsible for any damages that occur to users related to service use while the service fee is free, unless it is due to the company's intent or negligence.

[Article 17 (Exemption Clauses)]
  1. ① The company is exempt from responsibility for service provision when it cannot provide services due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
  2. ② The company is not responsible for service use obstacles caused by the user's fault.
  3. ③ The company is not responsible for the user's loss of expected profits from using the service, and is not responsible for damages caused by data obtained through the service.
  4. ④ The company is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of information, data, and facts posted by users on the service.
[Article 18 (Amendment of Terms)]
  1. ① The "Company" may amend these terms within the scope that does not violate related laws such as the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, Electronic Commerce Basic Act, Electronic Signature Act, Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, etc.
  2. ② When the "Company" amends these terms, it announces the application date and reason for amendment together with the current terms on the initial screen from seven (7) days before the application date to the day before the application date.
  3. ③ "Users" have the right to refuse the changed terms. "Users" can express their refusal within fifteen (15) days after the changed terms are announced. If "users" refuse, the "Company" may terminate the contract with the "user". If "users" do not express their refusal within fifteen (15) days after the changed terms are announced, it is considered that they agree.
[Article 19 (Jurisdiction Court)]

When a lawsuit is filed regarding disputes arising from service use such as fees, the court with jurisdiction over the company's headquarters location is the exclusive jurisdiction court.

※ Supplementary Provisions

These terms of use apply from September 22, 2025, and the previous terms that applied until September 21, 2025, are replaced by these terms. Users and posts before the effective date of the revised terms of use are also subject to the revised terms of use.

(Effective Date) These terms take effect from September 22, 2025.
