3. Personal Information Outsourcing

The company outsources personal information as follows for service improvement, and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, necessary matters are stipulated in the outsourcing contract to ensure safe management of personal information

4. Personal Information Processing and Retention Period

After the purpose of information collection and use is achieved, the information is promptly destroyed. However, the following information is retained for the period specified below for the following reasons:

• - All personal information input items are retained for 6 months, after which all information is destroyed
• - For other personal information, if individual prior consent is obtained for the retention period, it is retained for the agreed retention period.
